Network Admin
Network Admin is an enterprise administrative portal that provides authorized users with centralized visibility into patient and transaction activity across their Health Gorilla–enabled integrations. It supports program-level monitoring, governance, and operational oversight across participating organizations. Access is provisioned based on organizational configuration and the access granted to each user.
Authentication
You sign in to Network Admin with your Health Gorilla account, using either single sign-on (SSO) or standard Health Gorilla credentials. If your organization uses SSO, you sign in through your identity provider, the same tenant-scoped SSO as Patient360, configured per tenant with OpenID Connect (OIDC) or Security Assertion Markup Language 2.0 (SAML2). Health Gorilla doesn't provision SSO users automatically: your organization creates each account in both Health Gorilla and its identity provider, and every account uses the employee's work email address. Only an employee with a matching work-email account can sign in through SSO.
Setup steps are covered in the SSO Setup Guide.
Access
After signing in, you reach these areas from the left menu, each filtered to your organization:
- Organizations: Your organization's directory information
- Reporting: The Network Stats and Patient Transactions reports
- Transactions: The exchange audit log
- Master Patient Index: The patients under your organization
