Patient Chart Viewer

Medical Equipment UDI Support: On the Medical Equipment screen, support has been added for UDI (Unique Device Identifier) data, including ingestion from CDA and FHIR sources.
Patient Summary UI Improvements: On the Patient Summary screen, layout, spacing, and typography have been standardized across provider modals and category sections for improved responsive behavior on desktop, iframe, and mobile views.
Patient Summary Procedures Filter: On the Patient Summary screen, in the Procedures area, the default filter has been changed to “All,” displaying active, aborted, completed, and refused procedures unless the filter is updated.

Resolutions

Patient Chart Vital Signs Date Consistency: Corrected the date reference on vital signs in the Patient Chart to consistently reflect effectiveTime values stored in the record.

Client Reporting Visibility: In the Enterprise Portal, access to Lab Network reporting has been restored.

Interoperability

Non-ISO Country Value Compatibility: The Responding Gateway for IAS now accepts commonly used non-ISO country values (for example, “USA”) in addition to ISO-compliant codes (for example, “US”).

Patient360

USCDI Devices and Vital Signs Data Expansion: Support has been added for new USCDI data elements, including Unique Device Identifiers (UDIs) for implantable medical devices and expanded pediatric and oxygen-related vital sign observations.

Resolutions

IAS ID Token Address Verification: Updated address validation during Individual Access Service (IAS) ID token verification to be more tolerant of common formatting variations, such as missing country, case-sensitive comparisons, and five-digit ZIP codes.
Patient Search in Transactions: Fixed an issue where patient search options did not display correctly on the Transactions screen in Network Admin.

Patient Chart Viewer

Quick Access to Lab Record Details: Similar to other areas of the chart, clicking a lab record on
the Patient Summary and HumanGraph pages now opens lab details without navigating away.

Resolutions

Document Attribution: Aligned document attribution for federated queries so retrieved
documents reflect the originating source organization rather than Health Gorilla.
CCD Address Normalization: Updated CCD generation to ensure all addresses on the patient record are normalized, deduplicated, and included in consolidated CCDs consistently.

Patient Chart Viewer

Document Content Type Filtering: File-based documents on the Files and Images page are now filtered and grouped by content type, including PDF documents, images (e.g., JPEG, PNG, TIFF), and other files (e.g., TXT, RTF, XML).
Internal and External Data Filter (Configurable): Patient Chart records now include an Internal or External indicator that identifies the originating EHR data source, with support for filtering.
Transactions Search Enhancements (Configurable): The Transactions search now provides organization-name autocomplete assistance and provides clear transaction direction terminology (Initiating and Responding) across list, detail, and filter views.

Resolutions

Family History Imported Data: Restored the display of imported records on the Family History page of the Patient Chart.
MPI Search and UI Improvements: Resolved minor search, pagination, filter, and scrolling issues that occurred during MPI use in the Patient Chart.
