Quick Access to Lab Record Details: Similar to other areas of the chart, clicking a lab record on
the Patient Summary and HumanGraph pages now opens lab details without navigating away.

Resolutions

• Document Attribution: Aligned document attribution for federated queries so retrieved
  documents reflect the originating source organization rather than Health Gorilla.
• CCD Address Normalization: Updated CCD generation to ensure all addresses on the patient record are normalized, deduplicated, and included in consolidated CCDs consistently.

Patient Chart Viewer

• Document Content Type Filtering: File-based documents on the Files and Images page are now filtered and grouped by content type, including PDF documents, images (e.g., JPEG, PNG, TIFF), and other files (e.g., TXT, RTF, XML).
• Internal and External Data Filter (Configurable): Patient Chart records now include an Internal or External indicator that identifies the originating EHR data source, with support for filtering.
• Transactions Search Enhancements (Configurable): The Transactions search now provides organization-name autocomplete assistance and provides clear transaction direction terminology (Initiating and Responding) across list, detail, and filter views.

Resolutions

• Family History Imported Data: Restored the display of imported records on the Family History page of the Patient Chart.
• MPI Search and UI Improvements: Resolved minor search, pagination, filter, and scrolling issues that occurred during MPI use in the Patient Chart.
