Interoperability

Shareback Channel Attribution Improvements: Channel classification is now supported for medical history records, including identification of both internal and external sources and a new localImport channel for self-locator flows.

Administration

HIN Request Statistics in EHR Audit: Network Admin now links HIN request statistics to Patient360 audit transactions, allowing users to view source organization metrics from the transaction details.

Patient Chart

Medical Equipment UDI Data Support: Patient Chart now displays device UDI details in Medical Equipment, including the lot number, serial number, manufacturing date, expiration date, and identifier for USCDI compliance.
Medication Supply Display Enhancements: Patient Chart now displays medication supply details, including supply text, quantity, effective date, and status for USCDI compliance.
Encounter Disposition Display: Patient Chart now displays discharge disposition within the Encounters table and detail view for USCDI compliance.
Health Insurance Data Enhancements: Health insurance data support has been expanded across CDA processing, Patient Chart APIs, and the Patient Chart UI, including coverage type, subscriber ID, and payer ID for USCDI compliance.
Related Person Contact Information Enhancements: Patient Chart now displays related person contact details in the Demographics section to support USCDI requirements.

- Advance Directive Record Management Enhancements: Advance directive records can now be added, edited, and removed.

- Labs and Imaging Action Panel Enhancements: Expanded action panel capabilities are now available for interacting with lab and imaging records.
- Vital Signs Enhancements: Vital sign records can now be added, edited, and removed.

Resolutions

Immunization Code Mapping for Missing CVX: Fixed Patient Chart immunization processing to populate a vaccine code when source documents include a translation code but a null CVX value.
Facility Status Update API: Resolved Network Admin REST API failures that prevented facility status updates.
Master Patient Endpoint Filtering: Fixed Network Admin master patient endpoint filtering to return results that match the provided search criteria.
Record Location Pagination: Corrected Patient Chart record location queries to return results when using pagination with a non-zero offset.
Immunizations API Update Behavior: Corrected minor issues in the Patient Chart Immunizations API affecting update validation and field persistence.
Patient Chart Source Document Navigation: Restored navigation for the “Source Document” link to correctly open the associated document.
