Patient Chart
Discharge Summaries in the Original Patient Chart [UI]: A Discharge Summaries option was added to the menu in the original version of Patient Chart, matching the newer version. Discharge summaries, including progress notes carrying a discharge disposition code, now have their own section separate from Documents.
Resolutions
- Read-Only Patient Demographics on Lab Order Billing [UI]: Updated the Lab Network iFrame to keep patient demographics read-only on the Bill To selection when Prevent Patient Demographics Change in iFrame is enabled.
- Verified Demographics in Carequality IAS Patient Discovery: Corrected Individual Access Services (IAS) patient discovery sent through Carequality to only include the patient's verified demographics, as it does through TEFCA QHINs. These demographics are the patient’s verified address, plus the phone number and email when the
id_tokenmarks them verified. Patient discovery for other purposes, such as Treatment, continues to send the demographics on the patient record.
