Patient Chart

Discharge Summaries Identified From Progress Notes [UI]: Document filing was updated so that a progress note carrying a discharge disposition code appears under Discharge Summaries in the Patient Chart. Retrieval over the FHIR R4 API continues to support both the progress note and discharge summary codes.

Resolutions

Embedded Chart Session Expiry [UI]: Replaced the session-expiry redirect in the embedded patient chart with an in-frame Session Expired notice and a link to log in again.

CommonWell Patient Enrollment: Fixed a Patient360 enrollment error that occurred when the CommonWell response to a create-Person call didn't have a location header. Enrollment now completes with or without it, using the Person link already returned on the create-Patient response.

Carequality Date-Filtered Document Queries: Resolved an issue with Carequality document queries that carry a service start date, where the date element was sent without its namespace prefix and the request was rejected. The element now carries the prefix.
