Resolutions
- Patient360 Last Retrieved Refresh: Re-released a fix that prevents re-querying networks on every qualifying event for the same patient, which happened when Last retrieved did not update after a successful Patient360 retrieval.
- Documents Tab PDF Download [UI]: Resolved the PDF button issue on the Documents tab of the Patient Chart Viewer, which release 2629_8 only partly addressed, and extended the fix to printing and downloading from the Lab Network iFrame. This fix applies in Chrome and Edge; Safari is not yet covered.
- PDF Attachments on Patient Records: Updated PDF generation so an attachment carrying a malformed annotation retains its pages when a patient record is printed or downloaded, instead of being replaced by an error page.
- Duplicate Encounters and Medications in the Patient Chart: Corrected the duplication of records that occurred when two documents identify the same clinician, facility, immunization, or medication differently, such as a clinician recorded with a National Provider Identifier (NPI) in one record and a local identifier in another, or a medication recorded with an incomplete dose.
