IAS Query Address Matching: Fixed Individual Access Service (IAS) record queries that returned no results by sending the patient address exactly as verified on the access token, without reformatting.

Patient Chart Document Retrieval: Corrected the document-retrieval date filter so that records without a service date, such as on-demand documents from connected networks, are retained instead of dropped.
