Phase 1, Patient Transactions Reporting: As part of a broader initiative to enhance audit visibility for cross-network document exchange, Phase 1 introduces the Patient Transactions report in Network Admin. The new Patient Transactions screen supports searching and exporting document retrieval activity by organization, patient identifier, and date range, including transaction outcomes and related error details.

Future phases will expand reporting to support the reciprocal scenario, where participant data is accessed by a tenant.

Vital Signs Observation Display Improvements: Newly recorded vital sign observations, including Inhaled Oxygen Concentration, Weight-for-length Percentile (Birth - 24 Months), and Head Occipital-frontal Circumference Percentile (Birth - 36 Months), are now visible in both the main grid view and the detail popup.
