Patient Chart Viewer

Quick Access to Lab Record Details: Similar to other areas of the chart, clicking a lab record on the Patient Summary and HumanGraph pages now opens lab details without navigating away.

Resolutions

• Document Attribution: Aligned document attribution for federated queries so retrieved documents reflect the originating source organization rather than Health Gorilla.
• CCD Address Normalization: Updated CCD generation to ensure all addresses on the patient record are normalized, deduplicated, and included in consolidated CCDs consistently.
