Clinical Alerts

Principal Notification on Patient Events: Clinical Alerts now generates a companion notification for the principal whenever a delegate receives one.

Patient Chart Viewer

• Filtering Logic Updates: Filtering and sorting in the Patient Chart Viewer now use the most clinically relevant date field (such as startedDate or date) instead of hgEffectiveDate.
• Encounter Source Display: The Encounter list now displays the "source title" instead of the full source document reference.

Lab Network

Specimen Code Retention: Laboratory result parsing now preserves the specimen source codes when provided in CDA documents.

Patient360

• ZIP Code Requirement: All Patient360 operations now require a ZIP Code in the patient address. Requests that do not contain a ZIP Code now return a 400 Bad Request error with a clear message.
• Purpose-of-Use Filtering for REQUEST Queries: The Initiating Gateway now filters eHealth Exchange participants to include only organizations configured with purposeOfUse = REQUEST.

FHIR API

FHIR Conditions ICD-10-CM Support: FHIR Condition resources now support the http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/icd-10-cm code system.

Resolutions

• Patient Chart Viewer Medication Retrieval: Resolved a 400 Bad Request medication retrieval error that occurred under certain pagination conditions.
• Patient Chart Viewer Document Download: Fixed a document download issue in the Patient Chart Viewer interface.
• QHIN Endpoint URLs: Added missing endpoint URL definitions for QHIN document queries.
